The Green Jobs Expo will be facilitated by multiple BIPOC led green businesses that will speak for 3 minutes each. During their speeches, each of the businesses will go over who they are, what their Green Business does, and some of the challenges they face as BIPOC led businesses in a traditionally white-dominated space. These businesses will also talk about the opportunities their businesses seek to explore and scale on, as well as opportunities for future hires. As the event will be marketed to working-age youth who are interested in Green Industries, we will be hosting a Mini Jobs Fair right after the Green Jobs Expo, where the youth can sign up for interviews with your Organization.
